In celebration of 40 years of the Sickle Cell Society, the Self Over Sickle team have curated 40 daily challenges for you to try and share with us!

It runs from the 1st November – 10th December but you can start any time!

From showing your outfit of the day (#OOTD) and how you’re keeping warm this Winter to lip-syncing to your favourite feel good song, the SOS challenge has no limits. We want to remind sickle cell warriors, carers and advocates everywhere that you still have the power. No challenge is too great, especially when we work together J
